I’m a Beverage Professional and Small Business Owner with almost 30 years in the industry. I used a dynamic beverage program to increase my restaurant’s sales 55% during the Pandemic and kept my staff on without having to apply for PPP. The real struggle came after — somehow the profits got smaller and smaller — and I was edged out.

Determined to keep others from the same fate, I did a deep dive into supply chains, margins, team culture, and customer retention. Now armed with a new wine portfolio, I’ve found ways to bring profitability back into beverage retail and hospitality without sacrificing the quality customers have come to expect.
